What does it mean?

Dunia Dharma

“earth” “that which supports”

Dunia Dharma - Perform those actions which supports the earth. Work compassionately within the deepest, darkest shadows of your being. Live the highest expression of yourself. Share the best parts of yourself with everyone you meet.

Since Mona Lisa took her first step on the path towards healing, she noticed a lack of diversity & representation in the wellness field that seemed to hold hands with an energy of competition and capitalism. Despite knowing this, she continued to learn, teach and heal in environments that were less than optimal. After applying the skills she’s learned over the years to her personal life and practice, she realized that there was still something missing from her medicine bag… community; and not in the cliche, ambiguous way, but a collective of individuals with common goals who support each other and their endeavors.

Out of these desires, Dunia Dharma was born. We are a purposeful wellness collective of dreamers, creators and healers with a common goal of illuminating the darkest parts of ourselves so that we can, in turn shine our light into the world.

To understand your dharma is to understand that life is an intricate web of interconnections. When we can live and work with peaceful passion, without causing harm and in accordance with the natural rhythms of the cosmic cycle, we create a foundation for spiritual abundance. Inviting the overflow, Dunia Dharma is a space to cultivate, share and showcase the gifts given, taught and manifested within us.
