Gentle

During this class you can expect to be guided through slow-paced, trauma-informed movements, static stretches and breathing exercises designed to leave you feeling refreshed and prepared for your day.

Vinyasa

In every vinyasa class, students will have opportunities to build heat through the exploration of asana and intentional breathing. Expect the same care given in a gentle class at a more moderate pace.

Advanced Vinyasa

Advanced vinyasa challenges students to explore their boundaries by trying new/challenging postures, holding asanas longer, and empowering practitioners to self-care in real time. Pacing is similar to vinyasa with less periods of planned rest.

Humans of all ability levels are welcome. Students with consistent yoga practices are encouraged.

In-Person Classes

All Levels Flow

Come as you are to all levels flow. In this class, students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and prioritize their needs. Whether the need is support and rest or challenge and work, expect a safe, judgement free space to find your balance.

$15 per class. Packages and memberships available.
